Verizon Wireless installation and operation of a wireless communication facility: The 30 x 30 fenced section of the property will house the cell tower, equipment and a 30kw diesel backup power generator with a 210-gallon fuel tank (used for power outages). The project will include a 100-foot-tall monopole (cell tower) and other related equipment including but not limited to lighting, antennas, radio boxes and communication dishes.
