Plumas County is applying to CA Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Grants Program for funding for trail maintenance on the motorized trails on the Plumas National Forest as well as for the development of Phase 1 of the Claremont Trail System, in partnership with the Plumas National Forest.
