(Tahoe/Truckee, Calif.) – Effective Thursday, June 3, 2021, Outpatient Lab Services will return to Tahoe Forest Hospital at 10121 Pine Ave, Truckee, and will no longer be located at the Medical Office Building at 10956 Donner Pass Rd., Suite 260.
The hours for Outpatient Lab Services are Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, and Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
