REPAIR on the Loyalton Van Daam water leak was to have started two Mondays ago. At the May 21st City Council meeting it was stated they now need a NEPA environmental report. Immediately Council member Sue McIlravy stated they did an environmental report for the Van Daam project and brought it up on her phone. As of Wednesday morning, the report was sent to the contractor and we hope the long-awaited project moves forward.
