People v Virginia Claire Allbritton (20CR0044)
On July 21, 2020, Virginia Claire Allbritton, age 58, of Downieville, was convicted of violating Penal Code 457.1(h), failing to register as a convicted arsonist. Ms. Allbritton was required to register, and complete 20 hours of community service.
People v. Jerome Lasarte Maccoun (20CR0021)
On July 24, 2020, Jerome Lasarte Maccoun, age 57, of Sutter County, was convicted of violating Penal Code section 422, making criminal threats. He was sentenced to 5 days jail; placed on 36 months probation, ordered to complete 8 hours of community service; take and complete a 52 week batterer’s program; and pay a fine.
