The document that is the collected post-it notes from a poster Allison Smith brought to the Black Lives Matter Rally, where she walked around and asked everyone to write something about "Why I Came Here Today".

Why is the man who tried to run us down not in jail? That guy not being in jail makes your town look like a pathetic town of a good ole boy racists who protect each other.

He's not in jail because even if he was arrested the COVID bail schedule would order him to be released. Your problem isn't with locals it's your state government and their lack of prioritizing victims over criminals.

Nah, I’m judging the locals. After being threatened, flipped off, pushed by some old man, while remaining peaceful I watched a bunch of people waving trump flags with straw man arguments. Right after the white truck incident a bunch of people showed up, they weren’t there to gawk, they were there to fight. Right after the white truck, I heard a guy on the phone say you better be ready, so yeah, problem with the locals, and if that fool isn’t charged it is what I said it was, a racist good ole boy town.

My guess is that your not from around here. I say that because you phrased Loyalton as "your town" meaning us the people who live here, not you. If that is the case how do you know those guys where locals.
And if they were your going to judge our entire town population on what, half dozen or less?
Judge not lest ye be judged. You may have heard that somewhere before.

"Nah", you are judging the sheriff's office by making your original statement regarding him being in jail. Our sheriff's office operates in a world of facts and if he "tried to run [you] down" (I've seen the video and respectfully disagree), he'll be handled accordingly. The man did commit battery by spitting in the females face, and I'm sure he will be handled accordingly.

However, battery is a simple misdemeanor, which has been decriminalized by the voters of California (prop 47), so I hardly doubt there is much teeth there. Good luck with that.
