What an amazing competition this turned out to be! We happened to have two “stars” who adapted and excelled. This year could have been a coin toss it was so close. I have attached two photos of this year’s winner: Zaya White of Loyalton. There is one that has her pointing to a picture of her great-grandmother who was Plumas County Fair Queen in 1948. Kind of a nice tie-in. Thanks for your support in making this announcement!
