Dharam Raj (52) Nevada City. Driving while his license was suspended, with a prior conviction for same and failure to appear. Five days jail, fine $2688, which was converted to 23 days in jail, plus $470 which was not convertible.
Kristie DeBerg (43) Loyalton. DeBerg pled guilty to two counts of residential burglary and admitted a special allegation that one of the burglaries was committed while she was out on bail on another felony. Sentencing is on May 11.

Tomas Gonzales (19) Loyalton. After a contested preliminary hearing, Gonzales was ordered to stand trial on felony sex acts with a minor, petty theft, and committing acts which would cause a minor to break the law. He remains in custody on $50,000 bail.
Ramona Romero (20) Loyalton. After a contested preliminary hearing, Romero was ordered to stand trial on felony charges of concealing a child to deprive a custodial parent of custody. She remains in custody in lieu of $25,000 bail.
