This is the new Sierra Booster display at the Milton Gottardi Museum in Loyalton featuring the painting of Hal by the late Louise Kerr, former owner of Loyalton Hotel. A Shout Out to Theresa Kerr for offering the painting to the museum and to the museum staff for such a great display!
