The Plumas-Sierra County Farm Bureau is now accepting applications for its 2026 scholarship program. Completed applications must be received by October 15, 2026.
The renewable scholarship supports eligible students connected to the Plumas-Sierra County Farm Bureau or local high school graduates. Past recipients are welcome and encouraged to reapply, but applicants must submit a new application each year.
Immediate family members of a Plumas-Sierra County Farm Bureau agricultural member. Applicants in this category may pursue any college or trade school major.
California Farm Bureau Collegiate Members who are graduates, of a Plumas or Sierra County high school and are majoring in an agricultural field at an accredited junior college, college, university, or trade school.
Applicants must submit the completed application to the Plumas-Sierra County Farm Bureau Scholarship Committee by October 15, 2026.
Recipients will be selected based on overall qualifications, including scholastic achievement, career goals, extracurricular activities, leadership skills, written application materials, and participation in a personal interview or conference call.
