Plumas National Forest Seeking Input on OHV Grant Applications

QUINCY, Calif., Feb. 21, 2025 — The Plumas National Forest welcomes public input to develop grant applications for State of California off-highway vehicle, also known as OHV, recreation funds.
The Plumas National Forest is developing one or more California State Parks Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division Grant Program preliminary grant applications this cycle to support trail maintenance, patrols and other work in support of OHV trails.
Public comments may be submitted for consideration by the following methods:
  • In person during a community meeting with recreation staff on Tuesday, Feb. 25, 4:30 to 6 p.m. at Quincy Library, 445 Jackson St., Quincy to share ideas for the preliminary grant application.
  • Review preliminary grant applications online and provide feedback at olga.ohv.parks.ca.gov/egrams_ohmvr from March 4-May 5.
Forest staff will use the public comments received for consideration as they develop the final grant application.
