LOYALTON’S City Council members, Joy Markum, Joe Dines, Jerry Gerow, Bill Mertton and Sue McIlravy took the Oath of Office on Tuesday, December 17th. For Mayor, Markum nominated Bill Mertton, seconded by McIlravy and approved unanimously.
For Vice Mayor, Dines nominated Joy Markum, seconded by Mertton and approved.
