To the mayor of Loyalton
I Peter Clark will be filing for a government audit against you the so called board I will also be filing a lawsuit against the city of Loyalton for the over charging for our water you do no work on the pipelines unless they water brakes through in the streets there are bad pipelines in the city you have done nothing about so stop embezzling the money you have gone up on the water bills $32.65 we the people are not going to let you or the board get away with this we the people will put a stop to the history of people embezzling we did not agree to this and will never agree to you charging us more

I will be filing not only with the state auditors but also with the federal government this will be stopped
You have 30 days to change this back to what the people can afford to pay, or my filings will go forward, and you can deal with the auditors and courts.

Thank you for your time.
