This small passenger train on rubber tires was a surprise to those attending Loyalton's 4th of July parade. It arrived late, but gave up to 25 folks a fun run around town. Steve Ellis of Reno owns an event rental company and was courtesy of Sierra Valley Chamber of Commerce, along with the arts and crafts booths downtown.
